Check-in and check-outs by prearranged time only during the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8-11:00 a.m. and 3:005:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m.10:00 a.m.
Saturday 8 a.m.10:00 a.m.
Sunday: Open only by appointment
Frequently asked Question: Can I drop off or pick up my cat outside of your designated hours?
Answer: Usually not.
Because we are a small family run facility, and we provide consistent,
high quality care to our feline guests seven days a week, we need
to limit our office hours so that we are able to schedule our
own family time, errands and appointments, so we ask that you
please plan to drop off and pick up your cat during the above
listed times. If you are not able to come during the designated
times, you will want to discuss it with us in advance. If you
have an actual emergency and cannot get here at your appointment
time, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
We also have set hours because our guests need time to rest and
relax without interruption.
| Please note: If we are not expecting anyone for an appointment time, we will
sometimes adjust our own personal schedule to run errands and
go to appointments. |
Also, if you should arrive at a time that is different than the
one you prearranged with us (you arrive earlier or later than
your appointment time) you also take a chance of not having us
be here when you arrive.
Holidays:
We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
