We are open by appointment only to maintain a relaxed and caring atmosphere for our feline guests. We schedule check-in or check-out by appointment.

We are very happy to show and give you a tour of our facility - we do that by appointment also.

We schedule appointments during the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8-11:00 a.m. and 3:00--5:00 p.m.

Wednesday: 8 a.m.--10:00 a.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m.--10:00 a.m.

Sunday: Open only by appointment at our convenience.

Frequently asked Question: Can I drop off or pick up my cat outside of your designated hours?
Answer: We try to be as flexible and accommodating as we can to all customers. We know travel schedules can be difficult, so all we ask is that you talk to us about your schedule ahead of time so we can work something out that will accommodate your schedule and ours. Usually we can be open outside of our normal hours if it is planned in advance.

We also have set hours because our guests need time to rest and relax without interruption.

Also, if you should arrive at a time that is different than the one you prearranged with us (you arrive earlier or later than your appointment time) you also take a chance of not having us be here when you arrive.

Holidays:
We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
